You will transit assistive mobility hardware calibrated to your vehicle category. Dispatches originate from verified suppliers, healthcare distributors, pharmacies, and clinics, delivering to medical facilities or residential addresses. Full pickup notes, drop coordinates, and dimensions are displayed before you accept
What documents are required to get verified?
You will need a valid Driving Licence, Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), active vehicle insurance, policy documents and basic identity/address proof (Aadhaar or PAN). Commercial permits apply where required by local regulations.
Can I change my operating area after signing up?
No. Your registered city is fixed to ensure steady dispatch matching. For inter-city transfers or zone reassignments, reach out directly to Partner Support in the app.
Do I need to assemble or install the medical equipment?
No. Delivery partners are solely responsible for transit and secure drop-off. Equipment assembly, demonstration, or clinical installation is handled directly by the supplier or dedicated specialists.
What happens if a customer is unavailable or cargo cannot be delivered?
Return the cargo safely to the origin warehouse or dispatch hub. Report the delivery issue in the app to close the run. A return route will be generated automatically with compensated return fare.
How do trip earnings and payouts work?
Earnings are calculated per completed trip based on transparent base rates, distance, and cargo tier. With zero hidden deductions, your net earnings settle directly to your linked bank account through quick payments.
